Services
All beauty services (lash extensions, facials, body sculpting, waxing, etc.) are provided by appointment only.
By booking an appointment, you agree to
- Provide accurate personal and health information
- Arrive on time
- Follow all pre-care and aftercare instructions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, health/safety concerns, or policy violations.
Payments
Full payment is due at the time of service or purchase unless otherwise stated.
We accept approved payment methods listed at checkout.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows
- Deposits (if required) are non-refundable.
- Cancellations must be made within the timeframe stated at booking.
- Late arrivals may result in shortened services or rescheduling.
- No-shows may be charged the full service amount.
Digital Products
All digital products (eBooks, vendor lists, templates, consent forms, downloads, etc.) are FINAL SALE
No refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks are permitted due to the downloadable nature of these products.
All digital content is for personal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, copied, or shared.
Physical Products
Returns are accepted within **30 days of receipt** for eligible unused items in original packaging.
Opened, used, custom, or sale items are non-returnable.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, product materials, digital downloads, and service materials under Charming Beauty LA are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not:

Health & Liability
Clients acknowledge that beauty services involve certain risks. By booking, you voluntarily assume all risks related to treatments.
Charming Beauty LA is not responsible for:
- Allergic reactions
- Failure to follow aftercare
- Pre-existing conditions
- Results not meeting personal expectations
Clients must disclose medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to service.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or products.
