All digital products are final sale. Due to the nature of downloadable content, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued once the purchase has been completed.
Physical Products
We accept returns on eligible physical items within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- Item must be in the same condition as received
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened lash trays or beauty supplies
- Used tools or cosmetics
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Sale or clearance items
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved and inspected, you will be notified regarding your refund status.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
