Shipping Time
Once shipped, delivery times vary based on the selected carrier and destination. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States. Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the carrier’s system.
Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, incorrect shipping addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, we are not liable for lost packages. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim if needed.
Digital Products
All digital downloads (eBooks, vendor lists, consent forms, templates, etc.) are delivered electronically and are non-refundable. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.
